Hi, my name is Tracy Carpenter, I am married to my best friend and soul mate, Bj. Together we have three beautiful girls, Taylor (28), Bailey (21), Brilee (18), along with 1 bonus daughter, Madi (22).
My newest and most rewarding job is being a GiGi to my two handsome grandsons, Trayton (8) and Theo (2) and three precious granddaughters, Turner (1), Ila (1) and one on the way, Mylah.
We all were born and raised in Palatka, Fl and all still reside here. For the most part, we were a homeschooling family.
While my husband works outside the home, I have the privilege of working inside the home, raising humans and fur babies.
Our faith is our first priority, and it is the foundation of our lives. God is good all the time. God is good all the time!!
What We Offer
I am a small, family-owned breeder specializing in Yorkshire Terriers. I began breeding in 1997 with the goal of sharing the joy, love, and companionship these amazing dogs bring into our lives.
All of our Yorkie parents (with the exception of one) are AKC registered, with several carrying Champion bloodlines. Our adult's have all been health tested and DNA screened through Wisdom Panel and/or Embark.
Every puppy goes home with age-appropriate vaccinations, a veterinary health certificate, all related vet records, and AKC registration (unless otherwise stated). While your puppy is growing in our home, we provide personalized video updates approx. every two weeks on our Facebook page throughout the 8 weeks they are with us, so you can watch them develop and thrive.
Puppy prices range from $2,500 to $3,500 for both males and females. A $400 non-refundable deposit via Venmo or cashapp is required to reserve a puppy and is applied toward the total purchase price. The remaining balance is due in cash only at pickup, which takes place at our home in Palatka, Fl. Payment plans are available only during the time the puppy is in our care.
